Butter Chicken Tiffin

Our Butter Chicken Tiffin is a culinary masterpiece. Succulent tandoori chicken, marinated overnight and cooked to perfection, is immersed in a mildly spiced tomato gravy. Served with cumin basmati rice and roti paratha, this dish is a must-try for anyone who loves the warmth and depth of Indian cuisine.

Indian Style Baked Eggs (Veg, GFO)

 Start your day with a burst of flavor with our Indian Style Baked Eggs. This vegetarian dish features eggs baked in a traditional green sauce base, cooked with red kidney beans, and topped with Persian feta, fried onions, and toasted mixed seeds. Beef Bolognese Toast (GFO)

 Experience a unique fusion of flavors with our Beef Bolognese Toast. House-made beef bolognese is baked with parmesan and Aussie jack cheese on herb-buttered sourdough, topped with avocado lemon cream, edamame beans, and fried basil, and drizzled with basil oil and dukkha. For an additional boost, add a fried or poached egg, or chorizo.

Wafflin Around India

 End your meal on a sweet note with our Wafflin Around India. This dessert features a Belgian waffle topped with carrot pudding (Gajar Halwa), pistachio mascarpone, maple syrup, vanilla ice cream, rhubarb compote, and seasonal berries.
